Self-advocacy is the practice of standing up for your own needs and interests. It's an important skill for anyone to have, but especially people with disabilities. Join A.R.T./New York for a workshop on the basics of self-advocacy and on finding your own way to advocate for yourself in the workplace, in the rehearsal room, and beyond.
