Now we want to hear from you! What past successes and hard-learned lessons could benefit others? What new plans and practices are you excited to try in the coming year?

We hope that the programs you’ll encounter throughout the Spring Summit will inspire you to challenge old ways of thinking, encourage you to share resources, and equip you with new tools to implement tangible, equitable change. But we know that the greatest resource we can offer our members is each other. So, we’re wrapping up the Summit with an opportunity for peer-to-peer solution sharing and connection. Facilitated by A.R.T./New York Staff, this Roundtable is a communal space to share what you’ve learned and ask for support as you decide what comes next! Show up to support one another as we each explore what it means to lead beyond the path.
